Legalism and Witchcraft

If witchcraft is a process that says, "Do this and that and this, then you will get a prescribed outcome," can we say that legalism is witchcraft? Just thinking.

Based on that...I think we can say that witchcraft is what we see on the Christian Best Seller List.

I think it is natural to humans to try to figure out a system to reach the conclusions we desire. That's why we are called to live supernatural lives--partakers of the Divine Nature.

Speaking of Best Seller lists, my favorite false prophet has a new book titled Become a Better You. How about that???

I am wondering if you also have a favorite true prophet?

Interesting thoughts. Sorry it took so long for me to get around to reading your blog.

Ultimately the True Prophet is Jesus. I have several that have ministered to me and I believe them be true to the Word. They include Neil McClendon and John Piper.

Yes He is Goatfarmer. I also like Isaiah and Jeremiah. I will finish the gospels in my SS class this year, then do a series on the book of Proverbs, and I am trying now to get things together to study the prophets in context with whom they were contemporary.
